What Is Pussy888? Malaysia's Fishing & Slot App Explained
Published: 3 November 2026 · Reviewed by the M-Kiss918 editorial team
Quick answer: Pussy888 is a mobile casino app popular in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand that combines around 100–150 slot titles with a strong line-up of multiplayer fishing (fish-shooting) games. It is installed as an Android APK or iOS enterprise app, accounts are issued by agents rather than self-registration, and credits are topped up in ringgit through bank transfer or e-wallet.
Ask ten Malaysian slot players what Pussy888 is known for and most will give the same answer: fishing games. While 918Kiss built its name on classic reels and Mega888 on progressive jackpots, Pussy888 carved out a following among players who want more control over each round – aiming a cannon, choosing targets and timing shots, rather than only pressing spin.
This overview explains where the app came from, what is inside it, how accounts and payments work, and who it suits best. If you already know the basics and just want to play, jump to the Pussy888 best games guide.
A Short History of Pussy888
Pussy888 appeared in the late 2010s, in the same wave of agent-run mobile casino apps that followed SCR888 (now 918Kiss). It borrowed the familiar structure – a single app containing slots, arcade games and a handful of table games – but invested heavily in its arcade section. Over several updates it added multiplayer fish-shooting rooms, boss fish events and special weapons, which became its signature.
The name is deliberately catchy and often confuses newcomers, but in practice the app is a mainstream slot client with the same interface style as its rivals.
What Is Inside the App?
| Category | Approximate count | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Video slots | 80–120 | 5-reel and 3-reel titles with free spins and multipliers |
| Fishing / arcade shooters | 8–15 | Multiplayer rooms, boss fish, special weapons |
| Table games | 5–10 | Baccarat, roulette, blackjack-style games |
| Mini and keno-style games | Several | Quick-result games for short breaks |
Exact numbers change with every update, so treat this as a snapshot rather than a fixed list.
How Pussy888 Fishing Games Work
In a fishing game you control a cannon at the bottom of the screen. Each shot costs a set number of credits, and every fish on screen carries a multiplier – small fish pay a little but die easily, large fish and boss creatures pay big but need many hits. Up to four players can share a room, which adds a competitive feel because everyone is shooting at the same targets.
Pussy888 also offers special weapons such as lasers, drills and bombs that appear during play and can clear several targets at once. We explain these in detail in the Pussy888 special weapons guide.
The outcome of each hit is still decided by the game's random number generator. Skill helps you manage credits and choose targets, but it cannot guarantee a profit.
How Accounts Work
Like every major Malaysian slot app, Pussy888 has no "sign up" button. The process is: When you are ready to install, use our Pussy888 APK and iOS download page for the current build.
- Contact an agent and request an ID.
- Receive a player ID and temporary password.
- Log in and change the password immediately.
- Top up credits by transferring ringgit to the agent.
Many agents also provide a free demo account so you can explore before depositing – see our Pussy888 test ID guide.
Device Requirements
Pussy888 sits between the lightweight XE88 and the heavy Mega888 in terms of demands.
| Spec | Minimum | Comfortable |
|---|---|---|
| Android version | 7.0 | 10 or newer |
| iOS version | 12 | 15 or newer |
| RAM | 2 GB | 4 GB |
| Storage | 500 MB | 1 GB |
Fishing rooms with four players and many on-screen effects are the most demanding part of the app, so a mid-range phone gives a noticeably smoother experience than an entry-level one.
Pussy888 Compared With Other Apps
| App | Main strength | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Pussy888 | Fishing and arcade shooters | Players who like control and targets |
| 918Kiss | Classic, stable slots | Traditional slot fans |
| Mega888 | Progressive jackpots | Jackpot hunters |
| XE88 | Very light app | Old phones and slow data |

Is Pussy888 Legal and Safe?
Online gambling sits in a legal grey area in Malaysia, and apps like Pussy888 are not licensed by Malaysian authorities. That means you have limited protection if something goes wrong. The biggest practical risks are fake APK files and dishonest agents rather than the game software itself. Our Pussy888 safety check walks through how to reduce those risks.
Who Should Try Pussy888?
Pussy888 is a good fit if you:
- Enjoy fishing or arcade-style games more than pure slots.
- Have a mid-range phone with at least 3–4 GB of RAM.
- Prefer shorter, more interactive sessions.
It is less suitable if you only want progressive jackpots – Mega888 does that better – or if your phone is very old, where XE88 runs more smoothly. Whatever you choose, gambling is for adults 18 and over, and you should only play with money you can afford to lose.
A Tour of the Pussy888 Lobby
First-time users often find the Pussy888 lobby busy. Knowing how it is organised makes the app far easier to navigate.
| Lobby area | What you'll find | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Top banner | Promotions and featured games | Featured does not mean better odds |
| Slots tab | Video and classic reels | Sort mentally by theme and reel count |
| Fishing / arcade tab | Multiplayer shooting rooms | Check the stake range on each room before entering |
| Table tab | Baccarat, roulette and similar | Read rules screens; variants differ |
| Others / mini games | Keno-style and quick games | Fine for short breaks, poor long-term value |
| Profile / settings | Password change, sound, language | Change your password here on day one |
Spend your first five minutes simply exploring each tab without betting. It sounds obvious, yet many players start spinning the first game they see and never discover the parts of the app that suit them best.
What Makes Pussy888 Fishing Different From Slots
The key distinction is control. In a slot, you choose a stake and press spin; the reels decide everything. In a fishing room, you decide when to fire, where to aim, which targets to prioritise and how much each shot costs. That creates a very different experience:
| Aspect | Slots | Pussy888 fishing |
|---|---|---|
| Pace | Set by spin speed | Set by you; can be very fast |
| Social element | Solo | Up to four players per room |
| Strategy | Mostly bankroll management | Target choice, timing, cannon level |
| Typical session feel | Calm, rhythmic | Busy, engaging |
Control is enjoyable, but it can also create an illusion that skill guarantees results. Outcomes of each hit are still random. Skill improves efficiency – fewer wasted shots – not certainty.
Languages and Regional Availability
Pussy888 is used widely in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and other parts of Southeast Asia. The interface is usually available in English and Chinese, with some versions offering additional languages. Malay-language support inside the app is limited, which is why we publish a separate Bahasa Melayu download and play guide and a Chinese guide.
Updates and Version Changes
Pussy888 releases updates every few months, sometimes more often. Updates may add fishing rooms, retire older slots, or change the lobby layout. Old app versions are eventually blocked from logging in, so keep an eye on announcements from your agent. On iPhone, updates usually mean reinstalling the newest build, explained in our Pussy888 iOS guide.
